The May Day Fairie Festival of Spoutwood Farm would like to invite you to apply to be a Natureplace exhibitor this year. We will let you know by the beginning of March of the status of your application. Applicants will be accepted based on space available and how well we feel the organization will fit into Spoutwood Farm's educational mission.

Nature Place is for any business or non-profit that is deemed to benefit Nature. This includes anything that adds to the enjoyment of, protection for, or education about domestic or wild animals or plants and the environment, or allows human beings to better focus, relax and enjoy the above through such practices as holistic medicine, herbal healing, Feng Shui or Yoga.

Natureplace exhibitors should consider themselves educators of the public first, advocates of their own cause second, and fundraisers for their agenda third.

Exhibitors may set up a small booth or table to provide the public with information about their group. Exhibit space for NaturePlace exhibitors is free. You may only sell items that are self-generated (e.g., wool from your animals, t-shirts that you have printed, etc,) and that directly benefit your organization; in addition, if your products compete directly with our arts and crafts vendors, they will not be permitted. Please be sure to list ALL items for sale on your application. We reserve the right to ask you to remove any items from sale that we feel are not a good fit for our Festival, or that compete with our artisan vendors. If you are an adopt-an-animal group, you may not provide on-the-spot adoption. Animal exhibits must be in accordance with the Festival's educational mission. The Nature Place committee will give permission for animal exhibits on a case-by-case basis.

All exhibitors will be responsible for bringing their own tents, tables and chairs. We expect you to exhibit and staff your display area ALL THREE DAYS of the Festival. Non-compliance will result in you not being invited back next year.

The wide variety of entertainment, vendors, interactive amusements, and good food are only a few of the reasons our Festival has gained popularity; attendees also recognize with appreciation our commitment to good works.
