NaturePlace Exhibitor Information
Spoutwood Farm Center is an organization dedicated to bringing people and nature together. We have grown our Festival carefully and with love over the past 23 years. We believe that fairies and beauty will save the world, and invite you to make your contribution! Please become familiar with Spoutwood’s vision and mission by spending time on our website.
We invite your non-profit, educational organization to apply for a free exhibit space. You may not exhibit any commercial items. If you sell fundraising merchandise, it must not duplicate in any way products that are being sold by our artist vendors and must directly benefit your organization. Please be sure you list any items you want to sell on the application. We reserve the right to turn down any item for sale for any reason.
Date & Hours:
Setup: Thursday May 1 all day
Festival: opens Friday May 2 at noon
Closes Sunday May 4 (exact opening and closing times are pending)
YOU MUST STAFF YOUR EXHIBIT ALL THREE DAYS. Those leaving an empty booth at any time will not be invited back next year.
You will be provided a 10x10 space. You will be permitted a slightly larger space if you are bringing animals. Please do not ask for more space than you’re given. You’ll need to bring your own tent, chairs, tables, etc. No electricity is available.
All correspondence is carried on via email. It’s your responsibility to be sure your email address is working and to notify us if your address changes. We will also invite you to join our Facebook page for vendors and exhibitors in February once we’ve juried the vendors.
