NaturePlace Exhibitor Information Note: the application period for the 2013 Fairie Festival is now closed. Please check back in late summer to apply for the 2014 event.
Spoutwood Farm Center is an organization dedicated to bringing people and nature together. We have grown our Festival carefully and with love over the past 22 years. We believe that fairies and beauty will save the world, and invite you to help us in this endeavor! Our Festival is well-attended every year, with an average attendance of approximately 15,000 over the weekend.

Entry DeadlineApplication February 20, 2013. Notifications of acceptance/rejection will be emailed no later than March 15 2013.

Natureplace at the Festival:
We are looking for exhibitors who share in the Festival’s vision, to educate, excite the senses and inspire imagination.
Eligibility:
Your organization should be a non-profit and have a mission that is educational and environmental; however, we make exceptions to for- profit organizations whose main business is of an educational and environmental nature.
Location:
Spoutwood Farm, Glen Rock PA. Directions to the Farm will be sent to you upon acceptance.
Exhibitor Requirements:
Exhibiting space is free. You will provide your own setup: tent, chairs, tables,etc. No electricity is available. You may distribute information about your organization and display anything pertinent. Any organizations wishing to sell merchandise must get approval from the Fairie Festival. Merchandise sold must directly benefit the organization and must not compete with any artwork being sold by paying artist vendors. Festival management reserves the right to deny merchandise for any reason. No on-the-spot animal adoptions are permitted of any kind, no exceptions. Please note on your application if you’re planning on bringing animals.

Setup: Thursday May 2 all day, early morning Friday May 3
Festival: Friday May 3 – Sunday May 5
YOU MUST STAFF YOUR EXHIBIT ALL THREE DAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS
Set-Up:
Your tent must be no larger than 10x10.
No electricity is provided.
You are responsible for your own trash. We ask that you use recycled and/ or recyclable materials for your packaging, etc. We are striving to be a zero-waste festival.
Complete setup and parking instructions will be sent upon acceptance.
Parking regulations are strictly enforced (you will get instructions upon acceptance).
Festival will be held rain or shine. Be prepared. There is no rain date. This is VERY important!

Entry Deadline
Application must be received by February 20, 2013. NO EXCEPTIONS.
General:
Remember that our festival is a family event. No weapons, overt religious expressions, intoxicating herbals, legal or otherwise will be tolerated. Please, use good taste – no obscenities. Please remember our audience is of all ages and beliefs.
